Interactive Music System: Adaptive Score for "The Explorer"

This video demonstrates a dynamic music system I designed and implemented for the game "The Explorer". The score reacts in real-time to gameplay intensity, specifically the number of enemies on screen, to enhance player immersion and emotional response.

🎮 What You're Hearing & Seeing:

First Half (Gameplay): The music seamlessly transitions between layers from a tense, ambient state to a high intensity combat theme—based on enemy count. Notice how the mix and instrumentation change to reflect the threat level.

Second Half (FMOD Breakdown): A clear look at the implementation logic within FMOD Studio, showing the use of Parameter Automation to create a smooth, responsive audio experience.

Bonus: Menu & UI Audio
Also featured in the project: a quick demonstration of the menu sounds, withe the menu theme and a set of crafted UI sounds (start, confirm, options, back) designed to be satisfying and non-intrusive.

Interactive audio is key to modern game design. This project showcases practical skills in adaptive audio systems and middleware proficiency.
